Brief Description:  Finish windshield install

Un-packed the canopy to check how much overhang I have around the edges. The instructions attached to the canopy says the first step is to smooth the edges to prevent cracks starting while the canopy is handled. I used a short piece of a Vixen file which worked well.

Put the canopy in place and it looks like there is plenty of overhang all around to trim as needed. I was unsure of the situation because of the change in the specified length of the windshield from 29.75 to 28.556. There are some additional implications to the change in length including the canopy side trim D02-15 and the canopy hinge D02-11 being too short. I'll need to do some re-work there. The side skin also needed to be trimmed to meet the shortened windshield.

Dimpled the side skin. I don't have a 100 degree dimple tools, so I used a flathead screw backed up with a socet and squeezed with channel locks. Countersunk the sides of the windshield, and updrilled for the MS24693S48 screws.
